Goodbye
By the time this is published I will be one thousand miles from Fort Collins with no plan to return in January.
I attempted to dive into the details that went into my decision to leave CSU, but will instead keep it as brief as possible. It was not easy leaving so many that support me, but it was far easier when I knew my decision was also supported. To those supporters, I will not forget you.
You pursue a college education to learn. I learned how to improve my personal relationships. I learned how to expand my scope of interests. I learned how to interact in professional environments. I learned how to turn an idea into something tangible. I did not learn these things from my time in the classroom, and for that reason, it is time to move on.
Hello
Hello to those who I have said goodbye.
Hello to those who I will see soon.
Hello to those who I have yet to meet.
And hello to you, new intern.
You are now part Team Social. If you didn’t realize, they are a sociable group. My best advice to you would be engage with the team. These are some of the nicest people you will ever work with. Your opinions matter, your questions are always welcome, and your creativity is rewarded.
The team gives you the freedom to create. Use that freedom to create something the CSU audience has never seen before. Strive to break my top Facebook post and brag when you do 🙂
You have my number. Never hesitate to ask me anything.
